The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is recruiting to fill three Program and Policy Analyst-Advanced positions in its Division of Early Care and Education (DECE), Bureau of Early Learning Policy (BELP) in Madison.
Two positions will work within the Wisconsin Shares Policy Section that is responsible for the development, implementation, online administration, and evaluation of the Wisconsin Shares Child Care Subsidy program.
One position will be responsible for analyzing federal laws and regulations, state law and administrative rules in order to implement and administer the child care program in the Quality Initiatives Section.
