Plans and leads operational, outreach, and promotional activities of a research program, performs research and evaluation, serves as a subject matter expert, and helps to prepare the results for presentation to broad audiences or for scholarly publications to help advance translational research and uptake.

Duties:
Provides creative leadership and concepting for research methodologies (e.g. design thinking) and evaluation, including exploration, documentation and incorporation of innovative research practices and analytics into content and product development
Plans, develops, and implements processes, protocols, and documentation to support research and quality improvement for product development and evaluation
Develop and produce scholarly products for the field, such as research papers, and high-quality materials appropriate for intended audiences
Serves as a unit subject matter expert and liaison to internal and external stakeholders providing advanced level information and representing the interests of a specialized research and evaluation area
Requirements:
PhD required. Human Ecology, Engineering, Information Science, Business, Evaluation, or Population Health field preferred.
