Mazin Jamal is the founder of Holistic Underground: A leadership & organizational development agency for social movements & businesses. He honed his craft working with leaders and teams around the world, from Malaysia, Ghana and Sudan to the urban heart of the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
As a purpose coach, Mazin has supported leaders, change-makers, artists, healers, activists, congressional candidates, and more to succeed with integrity. He has developed a unique approach that centers on identifying and gaining the tangible skills and tools needed to live according to your values, and taking action in small, sweet, accessible steps.
As part of the moon series with Milwaukee Evaluation, you have two options depending on your needs and schedule:
Drop-In Coaching: In this process of discovery, clarification and action, you will bring a topic of your choice in which you want increased clarity, guidance, or to have a breakthrough. You will have a chance to see beyond the limitations that have stopped you from progressing, and enter a creative process of solution-making that reflects your personal values and who you truly are in your heart. Coaching empowers your inner courage and wisdom to lead the way. Topics can include: Self care and wellness. Time and money management. Leadership and Management. Social justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. Love and relationships. And more.
Laser Coaching: If you are clear on what you need help with, and have a sense for what outcome you want, and just need that little extra push or thought partnership to break it down into bite-size steps or see past that last little blockage, laser coaching is where we get right to work.
Two-Step Registration Process:
After registering you must sign up for a specific time slot using the Calendly link sent to your email upon registration. You need to have flexibility and availability on this day. Time slots are chosen on a first come, first served basis.
Series Information:
The next full moon in March is the last full moon of the winter season and marks the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Full moons are synonymous with closure and ending cycles, habits, and relationships. They are also the birth of something new. ¡Milwaukee Evaluation! Inc. is excited to offer its members one-on-one coaching with a leadership coach to honor this cycle. If you are using evaluation to create a just world, leadership coaches are a MUST at each stage of your career, whether you are just starting in evaluation or have been practicing for many years.
