Full Moon Series for Evaluators
1:1 Coaching with Mudwymn
Tavita Martinez is Mudwymn and a local healer in Milwaukee, WI. Trained in psychotherapy and kinesiology. I provide community and individual instruction in mindfulness/meditation, work-life stabilization, ancestral repair work, somatic experiencing (body-based techniques), ecotherapy (nature-based therapy) and trauma-centered therapies to bring individuals to a sense of Self.
In your session, you will drive our work together. Perfect for the leader who internalizes stress and oppression, is filled with righteous anger, and has trouble discharging pain. I will work with you to develop a full moon ritual and other sacred moments for your evaluation practice. I also provide supportive listening and can help you practice letting go without judgement. We can also take steps to address pain, weight gain, insomnia, skin irritations and other signs of internalized stress. My virtual office is HIPPA compliant. I am trained in ancestral lineage and somatic healing. I am a Death Walker.
Two-Step Registration Process:
After registering you must sign up for a specific time slot using the Calendly link sent to your email upon registration. You need to have flexibility and availability on this day. Time slots are chosen on a first come, first served basis.
Series Information:
The next full moon in March is the last full moon of the winter season and marks the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. Full moons are synonymous with closure and ending cycles, habits, and relationships. They are also the birth of something new. ¡Milwaukee Evaluation! Inc. is excited to offer its members one-on-one coaching with a leadership coach to honor this cycle.
