February 06, 2019 3:06 PM | Anonymous

I am reaching out to send a reminder email about the Center for Budget and Policy Priorities Fellowship. The fellowship provides an exciting career opportunity for students of color at the master's level or higher,  or recent graduates of color to develop firsthand expertise in state-level policy analysis and research at Kids Forward. Would you be able to reach out to students who you think might be interested? The deadline to apply is February 10.

State Policy Fellows spend two years at organizations like Kids Forward, developing expertise in issues such as racial equity, state budget and tax policies, health care, education finance, family economic security, and criminal justice.  Fellows will travel to Washington, D.C. for training and career development, work with mentors, and have access to ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.

Eligible candidates must have received a graduate degree within the past two years or expect to receive a degree before August 2019. Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the United States for the two-year duration of the program.

Students can visit  www.cbpp.org/fellowship for more information about the fellowship and to apply online.
