Job Description:

Responsible for coordination, development, and implementation of quality assurances, improvement systems, compliance, and client satisfaction and program evaluation for the Social Services program.

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation: $19.17 per hour
Type of Employment: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:

1. Audit files, provider agreements, administrative codes, polices, procedures, etc. to ensure all legal, organizational, and contractual requirements are fulfilled. E
2. Research, develop and assist with implementation of polices and procedures that will ensure compliance. E
3. Work closely with Compliance Coordinator to understand contract requirements and recommend, develop and implement plans to meet all requirements. E
4. Evaluate program performance, recommend improvements, and improve quality of services by using information collected via various sources (participants, providers, etc.) and methods (surveys, questionnaires, etc.) E
5. Provide recommendation and consultation to all members of the leadearship team. E
6. Complete and submit required items by due dates; to include, but not limited to: reports, program evaluations, personnel items, etc. E
7. Follow legal, organizational and contractual requirements, laws and policies. E
8. Establish and maintain regular good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders (i.e., staff, providers, etc.). E
9. Implement and/or practice the duties and responsibilities of a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse under current policies and procedures, as required. E
10. Attend all meetings and professional development activities, as directed. NE
11. Perform other duties as assigned. NE

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree from an accredited school in Business Management or related field.
2. Minimum two (2) years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Inspection in a program setting.
3. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends depending on needs of the program.
4. Must successfully complete and pass all background checks.
5. Strong cultural competency and interpersonal relationship skills.
6. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, appropriate to target audiences across multiple functional areas, categories, levels, linguistic, and economic backgrounds; both in a team and individual environment.
7. Excellent critical thinking; able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
8. Highly developed organizational skills and able to manage multiple priorities.
9. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
10. Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver's license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.
